Job summary

AccruePartners, based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Purchasing professional to manage the end-to-end procurement process across our national branch network.

You will coordinate with vendors, branches, and warehouse teams, maintain vendor data, and support new vendor onboarding while working closely with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies. This onsite role requires strong Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of purchasing experience.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
• ERP experience required; Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Clear, professional communication with vendors and internal partners.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and following issues through to completion.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and track purchase orders through fulfillment.
• Coordinate drop shipments and special customer orders with vendors, branches, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor back orders, communicate updates, and expedite delayed shipments.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, pricing, and item data to support reliable purchasing decisions.
• Support new vendor setup and item onboarding.
• Partner with Accounts Payable and warehouse teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, and purchasing variances.
• Help branch teams navigate purchasing procedures and systems to ensure consistent execution.
