Your role emphasizes organization, communication, and follow-through as you track orders, resolve delays, and maintain accurate vendor documentation, helping projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, purchasing, or operations is beneficial.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, shipment tracking, or order processing is a plus.
• Experience in project-based environments translates well.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Sage preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution by coordinating purchasing and delivery of equipment and materials.
• Track orders and shipments to help ensure deliveries meet project timelines.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, resolve delays, and keep projects moving.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, shipping, and vendor documentation.
• Keep Project Managers informed of order statuses and potential delivery issues.
