AccruePartners, a third-generation, family-owned distributor in Charlotte, NC, is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to support timely vendor payments and strengthen internal controls. You will review, code, and process invoices with three-way matching, monitor payment schedules, maintain vendor records, and help streamline workflows, including AP automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts payable or related finance.
• Experience with invoice coding and PO matching.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; Dynamics 365BC a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices with three-way matching.
• Monitor payment schedules and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and assist onboarding and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist month-end close.
• Identify issues and propose workflow improvements.
