The position collaborates with Purchasing, internal stakeholders, and external service providers, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Aufgaben

• Assist with Category Group Analysis (WGA) administrative tasks.
• Join Category Managers during WGA sessions to record changes.
• Process incoming INT tasks and liaise with stakeholders.
• Process supplier charges with Purchasing and Accounting.
• Assist with resolving invoice price discrepancies.
• Support data maintenance across systems and Google Workspace.
• Elevate issues to management in a timely manner.
• Execute process improvements with management.
