Job summary

Lidl US is seeking a Purchasing Administrator - Orga Projects to provide critical project and process support within the Purchasing Operations team. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks toward tight deadlines.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Accounting, and internal stakeholders, assist with translating documents in German, and ensure strict adherence to workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years administrative/clerical or high-volume retail customer service experience.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced German language skills to operate systems and liaise with Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Execute administrative tasks for Category Group Analysis (WGA) and record decisions with Category Managers.
• Coordinate incoming international tasks with stakeholders through to completion.
• Process supplier deductions with Purchasing and Accounting; track invoice price discrepancies.
