Lidl US is seeking a Purchasing Administrator - Food Promo 1 to provide administrative and operational support for food promotional programs and maintain the APT system. You will coordinate supplier forecasting, track marketing assets, and manage cross‑functional scheduling to keep promotional timelines on schedule.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with procurement or retail administration.

Qualifications

• 6+ months frontline retail experience valued.
• 1–2 years procurement, supply chain, or retail administration experience.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, inventory control, and supplier relationships.

Responsabilités

• Maintain promotional system data in APT, creating/updating item profiles, promotional event builds, and pricing tables.
• Perform weekly audits and maintenance of marketing assets in APT to ensure correct mapping before deadlines.
• Audit system inputs to prevent pricing discrepancies or missing promotional items.
• Gather, track, and process supplier volume forecasts; consolidate inputs into a standard template.
• Coordinate with domestic suppliers on item availability, lead times, and promo inventory commitments.
• Elevate shortfalls or supplier promo rejections to Senior Managers for rapid resolution.
• Monitor supplier data submissions for potential delays to the planning team.
• Schedule Assortment Analysis Promo Discussion meetings and distribute materials.
• Provide general administrative support and update SOPs.
