Job summary

Paycom in Fort Leonard Wood, MO is seeking a General Clerk II to support the purchasing department and aid inventory control through data entry from reports and work orders. You will log stock numbers, process purchase orders, and maintain certifications and insurance updates daily.

Required are data entry skills, proficiency in Excel, ability to qualify for security clearance within one month, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
• Each complete year of accredited college education in a related field may be substituted for the equivalent number of years of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign stock numbers to requisitions and log them.
• Input and file Purchase Orders.
• Process materials daily from DMO’s and OWO’s.
• File "Certs and Reps" and insurance updates daily and ensure they are kept up to date.
• May be required to perform other tasks as requested by supervisor.
