Job summary

Tsay Professional Services Inc. seeks a General Clerk II to support the purchasing team and inventory control through data entry from reports and work orders. You will assign stock numbers, log requisitions, input and file Purchase Orders, and process materials from DMO’s and OWO’s daily.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to keep certs, Reps, and insurance records up to date. This position may involve additional tasks as directed by supervision and requires a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Must have data entry skills and experience using current computer software applications.
• Must be proficient in Excel.
• Must be able to qualify for security clearance within one month.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assign stock numbers to requisitions and log them.
• Input and file Purchase Orders.
• Process materials daily from DMO’s and OWO’s.
• File “Certs and Reps” and insurance updates daily and ensure they are kept up to date.
• May be required to perform other tasks as requested by supervisor.
