Job summary
Paycom in Ponca City, OK is seeking an Invoicing Data Clerk to support receiving, inventory, data entry, and shipping activities across facilities.
You will review docs, process POs, packing lists, travelers, and adjust records, ensuring accuracy of material, job, and shipping data.
The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with ERP and data-entry systems, and collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
- U.S. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 0-1 year of experience in data entry, administration, logistics, or a warehouse environment.
- Basic proficiency using Microsoft Excel and computerized data entry systems.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- In person, predictable attendance in Ponca City, OK.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
- Proficiency in spoken English language.
Responsibilities
- Process daily receiving docs and verify packing lists against purchase orders.
- Execute inventory transactions including picks, location changes, stock moves, and reclassifications.
- Enter material traceability data (heat/part numbers) into BOMs and tracking sheets.
- Maintain records for MTRs, COOs, and MSOs.
- Update production job status by processing travelers and time entries.
- Research and resolve routine inventory discrepancies.
- Create shipping docs such as bills of lading and invoices.
- Coordinate shipment scheduling with third‑party carriers.
