Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Rental Pump Manager in Austell, GA to lead the pump rental division with a focus on reliable pumping solutions for construction, industrial, municipal, and emergency services.

You will drive branch revenue, supervise staff, ensure fleet readiness, and maintain top-tier customer service. The role requires 3–5 years in operations management or rental equipment, with a strong grasp of fleet utilization, maintenance costs, and financial metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in operations management or managing a rental equipment division, preferably pumps or fluid handling solutions.
• Strong understanding of fleet management, utilization, revenue and maintenance costs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of customer service across the branch and meet location goals.
• Drive market penetration for pump rentals and increase branch revenue.
• Conduct performance reviews and lead monthly safety meetings.
• Oversee fleet needs and ensure proper mix of pumps and related equipment.
• Interview, hire, train staff and manage daily operations.
