Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint for quoting and tracking pump rentals.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure superior customer service by meeting customer needs.
• Determine pumping requirements and recommend rental solutions.
• Check pump availability and schedule maintenance to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
• Administer rental agreements and verify operating hours, fuel levels, and condition.
• Record daily logs of calls and interactions in the system.
• Handle customer complaints professionally with solutions.
