The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and mentoring junior sales staff within a dynamic diagnostic sales team. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of medical or diagnostic sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of medical or diagnostic sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of Biodesix products with physicians and providers in the territory.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market presence.
• Mentor and guide Associate Sales Consultants (ASCs).
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in pulmonology.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve issues.
