Job summary

Biodesix is seeking a Pulmonary Sales Consultant to drive adoption of Biodesix products within the Los Angeles area. You will work directly with physicians and healthcare providers, build relationships, and mentor Associate Sales Consultants.

Requirements include 4+ years in medical or diagnostic sales, ability to travel up to 70%, and a Bachelor's degree. The role offers a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful sales experience in medical or diagnostic territory sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability for junior team members.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of Biodesix products with physicians and providers in the territory.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market and adoption.
• Mentor and guide Associate Sales Consultants (ASCs), providing training and support.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the pulmonary field.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and address customer needs.
• Provide exemplary customer service and promptly resolve any issues or concerns.
• Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
