Job summary

SmartyAds is seeking a proactive Account Management professional in the United States to onboard publishers, monitor performance, and drive optimizations on the platform.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance to ensure excellent service, resolve technical issues with the tech team, and present live product demos to potential customers. The role emphasizes client relations and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Excel and Google Drive proficiency required.
• IT experience 1+ year is a plus.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager 360 is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming publisher registrations and onboard them to our platform.
• Proactively monitor customer accounts, analyze performance and reach out to publishers to offer optimizations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance to deliver the best possible service.
• Resolve technical issues in cooperation with the tech team.
• Execute product demos for potential customers.
• Aim to increase revenue for publishers on the platform.
• Maintain warm and friendly relationships with all clients.
