You will coordinate with the Partner Development team, Compliance, and Finance to launch campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize earnings per click and margins. Strong written communication and fast execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven publisher growth in performance marketing with revenue results.
• Strong written selling skills to secure commitments via messaging and email.
• Excellent understanding of how publishers acquire and monetize traffic.
• Analytical mindset using reports to interpret performance metrics.
• Knows the full sales cycle and feasibility checks before payouts or launches.

Responsibilities

• Build the publisher pipeline by recruiting affiliates and selling relevant offers.
• Activate new partners with onboarding, approvals, and tracking setup.
• Grow existing accounts by testing offers and negotiating payouts while protecting margins.
• Improve performance by analyzing traffic, conversions, and revenue to identify next steps.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on offers, budgets, compliance, and payments.
• Keep conversations moving with updates, restrictions, and performance insights.
• Shift priorities quickly between recruitment, launches, and live campaign issues.
