The role requires 1+ year in client-facing digital media, strong analytics, and excellent communication. A hybrid, office-based arrangement in New York is available with opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS required.
• 1+ year of professional experience in client-facing roles preferred.
• Proven upselling and quota attainment.
• Strong relationship management and customer service mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor trends and forecast revenue.
• Proactive and resourceful in coordinating client needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
