Job summary

Publica is seeking a Senior Associate Publisher Growth Manager to join our Publisher Operations team. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and publisher partners, driving growth and adoption of our platform while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will thrive in an early-stage setting, engage with executive-level clients, and collaborate with a highly technical team to translate insights into actionable revenue opportunities across video ad campaigns and OTT

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in programmatic video, preferably at an ad server, DSP, SSP, or publisher.
Knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, and programmatic advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deliver insights via data, reports, and presentations.

Responsibilities

Manage key publisher clients acting as the first point of contact.
Understand client challenges and liaise with internal teams to provide solutions to complex problems.
Drive revenue growth of publisher accounts through problem solving, yield analysis, optimization and relationship building.
Coordinate, execute the setup, trafficking, and management of digital ad campaigns.
Continuous monitoring of publisher performance data to identify issues and growth opportunities.
