CITEX USA is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for Public Works to grow our transportation and public infrastructure practice across Texas. The role demands a strong civil engineering background, established public-sector relationships, and a proven BD track record.

You will pursue opportunities, manage client interactions, and collaborate with leadership to position CITEX USA for strategic wins in transportation and public works projects across the state.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering, transportation, or heavy civil construction.
• Proven track record developing client relationships and securing public-sector projects.
• Established relationships with Texas municipalities, counties, TxDOT, and other agencies.
• Knowledge of public-sector procurement processes (RFQs, RFPs, qualifications-based selection).

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure transportation and public works opportunities across Texas.
• Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified opportunities; support pursuits and interviews.
• Represent CITEX USA at industry events and client meetings to increase visibility.
• Collaborate with leadership to align opportunities with technical capabilities and growth goals.
