Woolpert is seeking a Client Development & Project Delivery Manager to lead business development and project execution in Texas transportation. You will build pipelines with TxDOT and local governments, shape pursuits, and directly manage key projects.
The role requires a strong sales orientation, 10+ years in related work, and a proven ability to win and deliver complex transportation programs. Travel to client sites is expected.
Competenze
- What You Will Bring: BA/BS or MA/MS with 10+ years in related roles.
- Relationship with TxDOT or local agencies.
- Professional registration, if applicable.
- Direct responsibility for sales goals and outcomes.
- Proven track record of winning and delivering projects.
- Strategic thinker who can lead across pursuits.

- Build and sustain a pipeline with TxDOT/local governments.
- Shape strategic pursuits and teaming opportunities.
- Direct management of TxDOT/local projects.
- Mentor project leads and assist in negotiations on schedule/fee/contract terms.
