Woolpert is hiring a Client Development & Project Delivery Manager to join our Transportation team in the Texas market. This role blends sales leadership with project delivery for TxDOT and local governments, focusing on roadway design, bridge programs, traffic engineering, and transportation planning.

You will build and sustain a pipeline, mentor project leads, and negotiate schedules and contracts while representing Woolpert as a market leader across Texas.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS or MA/MS with extensive transportation related experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships and pipelines.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring of project teams.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Create and sustain a pipeline with TxDOT and local governments.
• Business Development: Build and enhance client relationships to identify opportunities.
• Business Development: Shape strategic pursuits and teaming; promote Woolpert as an industry leader.
• Project Management: Direct management of TxDOT and local projects; mentor project leads.
• Negotiates project schedules, fees, scope and contract terms; supports delivery capabilities.
