Job summary

Woolpert in Texas seeks a Client Development & Project Delivery Manager to lead sales and project delivery for transportation. You will build a pipeline with TxDOT and local governments, shape pursuits, and promote Woolpert as a market leader.

Role combines business development with direct project management, mentoring, and client engagement across roadway design, bridge programs, traffic engineering, and planning. Travel is expected to meet practice needs and client demands.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 15 years related experience, or MA/MS plus 10 years related experience.
• Relationship with TxDOT and/or local agencies is required.
• Current professional registration, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of TxDOT and local projects.
• Mentorship of project task leads and deputy project managers.
• Assist in negotiation of project schedule, fee, scope and contract terms.
• Mentor Project Managers' sales aptitude through client introductions and coaching.
• Support from national delivery capabilities.
