Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily transportation operations, routes, dispatching, and staffing.
• Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate drivers and staff.
• Maintain driver records, licenses, medical certs, and safety compliance.
• Monitor fleet condition, fuel use, maintenance, and expenditures.
• Respond professionally to residents and Township leadership and resolve issues.
