Job summary

A transportation management company in Michigan is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of drivers, ensure compliance with our policies, and manage client relationships. Candidates should have over 5 years of operational management experience in Paratransit or Fixed Route transportation, with strong communication skills and the ability to make logistical decisions. Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum operational management experience in Paratransit or Fixed Route transportation.
• Licensed Class B driver (with Passenger and Air brakes endorsements) preferred.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of drivers and ensure implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Be the main point of contact for clients and attend meetings.
• Collaborate with company leaders to create the operating plan.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent
