Qualifications

• Willing to undergo an intense background check and obtain Tier 4 Public Trust.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Two years of general administrative experience with customer interface.
• Two years of experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, PPT, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio).
• Two years of related undergraduate study may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in applicants when needed.
• Verify applicant identity and ensure required documents are complete.
• Maintain up-to-date information on program requirements and enrollment steps.
• Notify government inspection staff of any information affecting eligibility.
• Check information against government databases.
• Escort applicants to designated locations if needed.
• Provide performance reports and compile daily activity data.
• Schedule interview appointments for Trusted Traveler Programs internal system.
• Assist the public with creating accounts and submitting applications for enrollment, renewal, and activation.
