Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in applicants.
• Verify identity and documents; determine customer needs.
• Provide up-to-date information on program requirements.
• Notify staff of information impacting eligibility.
• Check applicant data against government databases.
• Assist the public with creating accounts and online applications.
• Schedule interview appointments in internal systems.
• Compile data for daily performance reports.
