The State of Oregon, Department of Consumer and Business Services, Oregon OSHA division, seeks an Assistant Business Manager (Supervisor Executive Assistant) to oversee seven staff and support centralized fiscal and operational services. This management role is not represented by a union.

Qualifications include four years of administrative experience with at least two in a supervisory capacity; a bachelor’s degree may substitute for up to two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Four years of staff-level experience providing administrative support to management, including budgeting, planning, research and analysis.
• Two years of supervisory or lead worker capacity in this experience.
• A bachelor's degree can substitute for up to two years of non-supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise seven staff who provide records management and citation-processing services.
• Assist the Administrative Services Manager in providing centralized support for fiscal and business coordination, computer and data services, facilities management and records management.
