The role is based in New Jersey with Summit office presence or remote work, focusing on growing government banking portfolios and managing regional relationships. A Bachelor's degree is required; CTP is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Treasury Services sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, commercial card, merchant services, and trade/supply chain finance.
• CTP preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with municipal stakeholders.
• Integrity, transparency and ethical judgment aligned with public-sector banking.

Responsabilités

• Serve municipal government and public-sector clients with treasury solutions to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
• Achieve annual goals through new client acquisition and expansion of government banking portfolios in NJ and adjacent markets.
• Partner with Government Relationship Managers to position Treasury Services early and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide leadership and market insights to support municipalities’ treasury and regulatory needs.
• Coordinate with product, service and implementation teams for seamless onboarding.
• Offer market feedback and competitive insights to drive growth.
