Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a business development capacity focused on small business and commercial customers.
• Ability to identify treasury management needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Experience coordinating with multiple bank lines for deposits and treasury offerings.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to commercial customers to develop new business and expand relationships.
• Consult customers on banking, cash flow, and treasury services at their place of business.
• Identify needs and propose treasury solutions and onboarding.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to grow non-interest income and deposits.
• Develop and execute a sales plan with lead generation and referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of Treasury Management product line and assist inquiries.
