Qualifications

• Retail experience in Banking Operations, Treasury, or Business Operations preferred.
• Strong leadership potential to lead and grow a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
• MBA, CTP, CPA, or MA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set financial priorities and influence key business decisions.
• Drive discussions with banks, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Identify barriers and set priorities to deliver cost-delivered support.
• Manage external bank and supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
• Oversee cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management.
• Manage treasury bill platforms and coordinate with accounts payable, payroll, and retail services.
• Provide support to stores and partner with operations to safeguard assets.
• Plan and oversee short-term funding and funding selections.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performance treasury team.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices in treasury operations.
