Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects within the Transformation Risk Team.

You will work on project management operations, applying PM knowledge to improve organizational processes and technology while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and leaders. Training and leadership development opportunities accompany a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge in process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with performance measurement and metrics development.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify client needs and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead client engagements across PMO practices.
• Collect and analyze data to develop actionable recommendations.
• Deliver quality client services and establish stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor staff and develop teams while supporting travel to client sites.
