Job summary

EY US is actively seeking qualified professionals to support federal, state and local agencies in program and project management. You’ll work within the Transformation Risk Team on a broad set of functions, driving improvements and delivering measurable results for government clients.

You will lead teams, analyze data, and apply PM methodologies while collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals. A hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements
• Knowledge of process improvement and performance measurement
• Experience with PM software such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites and obtain clearance

Responsibilities

• Participating in and leading collaborative client engagements
• Analyze data to develop recommendations for organizational and technology improvements
• Deliver high-quality client services consistently
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and client personnel
• Stay abreast of industry trends relevant to clients’ businesses
