Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects. Join our Transformation Execution Team to drive PMO-style initiatives and improve outcomes for government clients.

You will lead and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, apply project management best practices, and develop innovative methodologies while maintaining client relationships. Travel up to 30% may be required depending on assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field with relevant experience
• At least one year leading teams on engagements
• Experience with process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and performance management

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead client engagements with government projects
• Collect and analyze data to develop recommendations for organizational, process and technology improvements
• Deliver quality client services and build enduring client relationships
• Stay informed on current business and industry trends relevant to clients’ needs
• Travel to client sites as required and mentor junior staff
