Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies better manage programs and projects within our Transformation Risk Team. You will support and improve PM operations and work with multidisciplinary teams on meaningful engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a business-related field and at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera; familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Participating in and leading a collaborative teamwork environment with client engagements.
• Collecting and analyzing data to develop innovative recommendations and methodologies for improvements.
• Delivering quality client services and establishing enduring relationships with stakeholders.
• Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to clients.
• Communicating improvements from EY's portfolio management and project management methodologies.
• Mentoring staff and supporting people-related initiatives.
