As a member of our Transformation Risk Team, you’ll work with government clients to support and improve a broad range of PM operations, including integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business field plus 2+ years consulting or related experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Experience with process improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement, and metrics development.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and mentor staff.
• Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera and with SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative client project engagements in transformation risk.
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality client services.
• Build enduring relationships with stakeholders.
• Promote EY PM methodologies and leadership development.
