Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects. You’ll join the Transformation Risk Team and apply PM expertise across a range of engagements with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field and at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge and experience in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement, and related metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, work independently, manage shifting priorities, and mentor staff.
• Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera and with SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative client engagements and support program management operations.
• Analyze data to develop recommendations for organizational and process improvements.
• Deliver quality client services and build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Travel to client sites as required by project needs (up to 30–80% depending on practice).
• Promote EY PM methodologies and develop staff through coaching and mentorship.
