Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help US federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects. You will work in our Transformation Risk Team on a range of PM operations, including integration, scope, time, cost and quality management.

You will lead teams, gain exposure to government clients, and benefit from PM training programs and career development. This hybrid role offers opportunities to travel and grow within EY's global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering or a business-related field and at least two years of consulting experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Experience with process improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement, and metrics development.
• Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera and with SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support government client engagements across PM operations (scope, time, cost, quality, and resources).
• Develop innovative recommendations for organizational, process, and technology improvements.
• Deliver quality client services and build enduring client relationships.
• Mentor staff and contribute to competency development and knowledge sharing.
