Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads, qualify prospects, and connect technology vendors with government customers. You will collaborate with channel partners and public sector clients, maintaining CRM records and adhering to processes to drive opportunities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 0–2 years in sales, and familiarity with CRM and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or a business environment.
• Internship experience in business or marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
• Experience selling technology products or services and/or working with public sector clients is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Generate Leads: Drive outbound call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for leading technology companies.
• Prospect & Qualify: Identify decision-makers, set appointments, and confirm meetings between technology vendors and government customers.
• Collaborate & Connect: Build strong relationships with technology company representatives, channel partners, and public sector clients to expand our network.
• Track & Document: Maintain accurate records of calls, activities, and interactions in our CRM system (SMaRT) and link opportunities appropriately.
• Follow Processes: Execute DLT Lead Pass documentation and submission procedures with precision.
• Achieve Goals: Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs.
• Adapt & Contribute: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.
