TD SYNNEX is seeking a Sales Development Representative in the United States (South Carolina) to identify, qualify, and develop leads for government technology buyers.

You’ll run outbound campaigns, book meetings, and maintain accurate CRM records, collaborating with vendors and public sector clients. The role offers growth into Account Executive or Business Development with a competitive salary and inclusive culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or a business environment.
• Internship experience in business or marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
• Experience selling technology products or working with public sector clients is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and a growth mindset.

Aufgaben

• Generate Leads: Drive outbound call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for leading technology companies.
• Prospect & Qualify: Identify decision-makers, set appointments, and confirm meetings between technology vendors and government customers.
• Collaborate & Connect: Build strong relationships with technology company representatives, channel partners, and public sector clients to expand our network.
• Track & Document: Maintain accurate records of calls, activities, and interactions in our CRM system (SMaRT) and link opportunities appropriately.
• Follow Processes: Execute DLT Lead Pass documentation and submission procedures with precision.
• Achieve Goals: Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs.
• Adapt & Contribute: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.
