TD SYNNEX is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Greenville, SC to identify, qualify, and develop leads connecting technology companies with government organizations. You’ll drive growth on the front lines and build relationships with vendors and public sector clients.

The role emphasizes outbound campaigns, appointment setting, CRM activity, and following structured lead-handling processes to meet KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or a business environment.
• Internship experience in business or marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
• Experience selling technology products or working with public sector clients is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and a growth mindset.

Aufgaben

• Generate Leads: Drive outbound call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities.
• Prospect & Qualify: Identify decision-makers, set appointments, and confirm meetings between technology vendors and government customers.
• Collaborate & Connect: Build relationships with technology company representatives, channel partners, and public sector clients.
• Track & Document: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (SMaRT).
• Follow Processes: Execute DLT Lead Pass documentation and submission procedures.
• Achieve Goals: Meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs.
• Adapt & Contribute: Take on additional responsibilities to support team objectives.
