You will manage postings on OHMS and Handshake, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate pre-hire checks, while promoting a diverse, inclusive hiring approach.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate core in HR/Business/Public Admin or 2 years HR exp.
• OHMS experience preferred for the role.
• Travel across Ohio colleges and universities required; valid OH license.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines on OHMS, Handshake, and other platforms.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Attend career fairs and campus events to promote AOS internships and full-time roles.
• Process pre-hire documentation and background checks per policy and law.
• Partner with HR leadership to advance DEI and belonging initiatives.
