You will gain hands‑on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and pre‑boarding tasks under the guidance of the recruiting team, while ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HR/Business or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, administrative support, healthcare ops, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn applicant tracking systems and HR technologies.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of entry‑level and high‑volume positions from requisition through hire.
• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and communications.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all candidates, guiding them through hiring and onboarding.
• Coordinate and track pre‑employment requirements including background checks and pre‑boarding docs.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure onboarding and readiness for employment.
• Maintain recruitment records in HR systems and ensure policy compliance.
• Support recruitment initiatives, reporting, career events, and process improvements.
