Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Provisional Talent Acquisition Consultant to support recruiting across functional areas from a remote Ohio location. This six-month assignment focuses on building pipelines, optimizing sourcing channels, and delivering a diverse slate of candidates for hiring managers.

The role requires 2+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years corporate, full life cycle recruitment, closing candidates and negotiating offers.
• Experience building partnerships within HR and across business functions to strengthen candidate pipelines.
• Proven track record of diverse talent placement and championing DEI initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships, plus reporting and using recruiting plans/tools.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and EEO requirements.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday).

Responsibilities

• Recruit for OhioHealth within one or more functional areas, building pipelines and sourcing high-quality candidates.
• Develop multi-channel search strategies to attract talent and deliver a diverse slate to hiring managers.
• Screen, interview, and manage offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding handoff and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to improve recruiting processes and metrics.
