Job summary

Fishbowl Solutions, a dynamic technology company, seeks an Industry Solutions Sales Executive - Public Sector to drive new business growth by connecting public sector entities with knowledge and content management technology solutions.

You will build a robust pipeline, collaborate with Oracle sales partners, and guide IT leaders through complex technology decisions to map operational challenges to our offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software/tech/services sales with quota attainment.
• Experience in consultative selling to multi-stakeholder buyers.
• Ability to manage a $3–$7M annual sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop public sector accounts to build territory pipeline.
• Collaborate with Oracle sales partners to co-sell and stay current on roadmap.
• Lead discovery calls and tailored demos for IT leaders and executives.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to close, targeting multi-million revenue.
• Maintain a 4x quota pipeline through outreach and partner meetings.
• Coordinate with consulting and delivery teams for smooth handoffs post-sale.
• Update CRM daily with pipeline data and deal progression.
