Cohesity seeks an experienced SLED/Public Sector Account Executive to develop and grow a defined territory, focusing on state, local, and education markets. This remote role requires navigating government procurement, building a strong pipeline, and closing complex opportunities.

You will collaborate with channel partners and technology alliances to deliver Cohesity’s data security and resilience solutions, bridging security needs with policy compliance and mission-critical data protection.

Formación

• Experience selling into Information Security / Cybersecurity teams with knowledge of compliance frameworks.
• Experience selling into SLED/Public Sector accounts with understanding of government procurement processes.

Responsabilidades

• Execute a territory plan focused on net-new logo acquisition and account growth in SLED/Public Sector accounts.
• Build, manage, and progress a qualified sales pipeline with direct and channel support.
• Engage with state, local, and education entities, identifying stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
• Lead customer engagements through discovery, evaluation, and solution alignment with Sales Engineers.
• Develop and deliver value-based proposals linking Cohesity to security, resilience, and compliance needs.
• Navigate RFP/RFI processes, contract vehicles, and purchasing frameworks.
• Collaborate with channel partners to expand market reach and accurate forecasting.
• Share customer insights to support product and sales improvements.
