Appian is seeking a Senior Advisory Solutions Consultant - GAM in McLean, VA (onsite). You will drive technology evaluations for the GAM Suite, partnering with Solution Sales to win government deals.

You’ll translate business needs into Appian solutions, delivering compelling demos and ROI stories to both business and technical stakeholders. Applicants should have 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales cycles, with discovery, solution design, executive engagement, and proven ability to convey value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IS/Engineering/CS or related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales/discovery/solution design with executive engagement.
• Experience with federal procurement lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Solution Sales Executives to achieve defined sales goals.
• Demonstrate GAM's value to government customers through outcomes and ROI.
• Present technical and business aspects to diverse audiences, including C-Level.
• Lead technical evaluations (POCs/POVs) with clear success criteria.
• Travel up to 70% to engage directly with clients and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with account teams and internal groups to achieve objectives.
