You’ll partner with C-level executives, align technology with business goals, and drive enterprise-scale orchestration across client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Equivalent experience is not accepted).
• 10+ years of technology, enterprise account strategy, or technical consulting.
• Proven ability as a trusted advisor guiding technical teams to drive business value.
• Understanding of large-scale enterprise platforms and system integration.
• Experience with Agile software development practices.
• Willingness to travel an average of 20% annually to engage with strategic customers.

Responsibilities

• Govern account strategy: translate customer goals into prioritized roadmaps and drive executive execution.
• Drive platform adoption: empower clients to build, manage, and scale Appian applications.
• Mitigate portfolio risk: monitor account health and address risks to enable long-term growth.
• Formulate value cases: identify expansion opportunities and articulate data-backed business value for software investments.
• Advise executive leadership: communicate across engineering teams and business stakeholders to align technology with strategy.
• Architect process improvements: recommend AI-enabled solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
