Job summary

SimpliGov is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to prospect for qualified outbound leads and support our Sales Executives. You will build target accounts, learn the platform, and drive initial conversations with prospects.

You will use Gong and Salesforce, track metrics, and iterate messaging to improve campaigns. This is a results-driven, independent role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of SDR or outbound sales development experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, email outreach tools, and CRM systems preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be located in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build target account lists with real context.
• Develop knowledge of the SimpliGov platform and value proposition.
• Deploy workflows in Gong and Salesforce; measure and iterate.
• Maintain outbound activity to meet monthly quota.
• Qualify prospects on initial conversation and hand off to RSD team.
• Share learnings to shape messaging and campaigns.
