Job summary

Sierra in San Francisco is seeking a GTM technical expert to own the end-to-end pre-sales process for government institutions at federal and state levels, scoping use cases, articulating business value, designing and demoing the platform, and guiding architecture reviews.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering to drive the GTM function and improve our AI agents, while leading customer engagements and shaping the public sector team and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Sales Engineering or customer-facing technical roles.
• 2+ years supporting US federal, state, or local government customers.
• Experience building demos and presenting to customers.
• Strong relationship-building with executives and technical leaders.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP and government authorization processes.
• Bachelor's Degree or above; CS or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical pre-sales for government institutions at Federal/state levels.
• Design and demo the platform; lead architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams.
• Lead and support early conversations with public sector customers.
