Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Government Lead to build and scale our public sector business across North America. You will define the government GTM motion, shaping federal, state, and public sector adoption of voice and conversational AI. You’ll lead strategic deals with senior stakeholders and work closely with founders, product, and revenue teams.

This remote-first role favors base in Washington DC, offering growth as we expand into new government verticals and markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience selling into government or public-sector organizations.
• Successfully closed complex deals within federal, state, or regulated environments.
• Experience navigating government procurement frameworks and long buying cycles.
• Experience building a new vertical or GTM motion from early stages.
• Strong executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Passionate about how AI can modernize government services.
• Thrive in fast-moving environments—strategic and tactical.

Responsibilities

• Build and own ElevenLabs’ Government GTM motion across federal, state, and public sector agencies in North America.
• Identify strategic opportunities where voice and agents can transform government services.
• Develop and execute account strategies across key agencies and departments.
• Navigate complex procurement processes, compliance requirements, and multi-stakeholder buying environments.
• Build trusted relationships with senior public sector leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Work with Product and Engineering to shape government-friendly solutions (security, deployment).
• Partner with Legal, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure implementation and expansion.
• Represent ElevenLabs at government events and conferences and strategic briefings.
• Help define the long-term public sector strategy and vertical playbook as we scale.
