Qualifications

• Six or more years of proposal management experience in federal pursuits.
• Deep knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and Sections B–M, PWS/SOW, CDRLs.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals under tight deadlines; strong editing and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of compliant, compelling proposals across RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Sources Sought responses, white papers, and unsolicited proposals.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for proposal execution from draft RFP through submission, clarifications, and debriefs.
• Develop and maintain detailed proposal management plans, compliance matrices, outlines, data calls, and milestone schedules.
• Coordinate proposal inputs from Contracts, Finance, Pricing, Legal, Recruiting, Security, IT, and Operations; shepherd content into a single voice.
• Ensure proper handling of CUI and compliance with DFARS, SBA rules, and applicable regulations.
